January 2024: Facility Expansion
We kicked off the year with a move to a new 6,500-sq.-ft. (603.8 sq.-m) facility in Laval’s industrial district. This new space enhances our production capacity, allowing us to build up to 180 machines annually and positioning us for sustained growth.

March to June 2024: Demonstration, Supporting Clients and Expanding our Reach Across North America
Throughout the spring, our team traveled across North America to showcase the PSA-80 PRO at multiple events, including the Akhurst Open House in Moncton, NB, and the Focus Show in Delta, BC. Each demonstration highlighted the ingenuity of our product and provided invaluable feedback to refine our solutions.
Our engineers and technicians worked tirelessly to ensure flawless demonstrations, answering technical questions, and illustrating how the PSA-80 PRO could transform manufacturing operations. We also supported our growing client base by providing in-depth testing, customization, and installation support across the continent.

March 2024: Live Demonstrations and Client Spotlight
- We participated in the Akhurst Open House in Moncton, NB (March 13–15), introducing local manufacturers to the Panel Sanding Assistant through live demonstrations.
- One of our valued customers, Tamas Zsoldos, owner of Kivalo Fine Cabinetry, shared his experience with the Panel Sanding Assistant in an interview with Woodworking Canada.
April 2024: Expanding our Reach Across North America
- Held live demonstrations at the Focus Show at Akhurst HQ in Delta, BC (April 2–4), at the Akhurst Open House in Anaheim, CA (April 16–18) and also at the Würth Baer Supply HQ Focus Show in Vernon Hills, IL (April 24–25).
- We signed a distribution agreement with Würth Louis and Company, expanding our reach in the Western United States.
- Hosted an Open House at our Laval HQ, inviting Quebec cabinet makers to test the Panel Sanding Assistant with their own materials.
May 2024: Partnerships and Events
- Featured live demonstrations at the Hermance Expo in Williamsport, PA (May 15–16).
- The Panel Sanding Assistant was presented at the Würth Louis Open House in West Jordan, UT, connecting with local cabinet makers
June 2024: Regional Open House & Focus Show
- Conducted live testing sessions at the Focus Show at J&G Machinery in Sanford, NC (June 11–12).

August 2024: International Woodworking Fair (IWF)
We exhibited with Würth Baer Supply to showcase the PSA-80 Pro at the IWF in Atlanta, GA. We unveiled the Dual-Tool feature and new sanding patterns tailored for hardwood applications. These innovations captivated an international audience and showcased our team’s dedication to continuous improvement. “The excitement from attendees reaffirmed our team’s hard work and commitment to innovation,” François notes. “This was a proud moment for everyone at Omnirobotic.”

October: Building Partnerships and Showcasing Technology
In October, we solidified our presence in Quebec with a distribution agreement with Machinerie Continental. The month also saw us participate in Woodworking Technology Days (WTD), where our team’s expertise was on full display, demonstrating the PSA-80 PRO’s capabilities to an engaged audience.

Additionally, we signed an agreement with Axis Machinery to expand our reach in the Western United States, ensuring more manufacturers benefit from our groundbreaking solutions.

In November, we also launched our highly anticipated white paper, “Transforming Woodworking Operations with the PSA-80 PRO”, providing valuable insights into how our technology addresses labor shortages and improves productivity in the woodworking industry.

Over the course of 2024, we’ve collaborated with more than 150 companies during testing sessions, working on a wide range of finishes. These experiences have solidified our expertise in sanding techniques, enabling us to refine processes and adapt to diverse needs.
Looking forward, we are embedding this wealth of knowledge into our machines. The PSA-80 Pro will soon offer integrated recipes for sanding across various finishes, providing both existing and future customers with direct access to our expertise and innovations.
