Before your live demo

Choose and prepare your panels for shipping.

When selecting panels for testing, it is advisable to choose production-grade panels. By production-grade, we mean panels that have been sitting unused for several months. To accurately assess the performance of the Panel Sanding Assistant, it is crucial to provide samples that realistically reflect your production workflow. 

Share your expectations.

What do you expect the Panel Sanding Assistant to accomplish with your panels? Are you aiming to remove router marks from MDF panels? Perhaps you need to prepare wooden panels before staining? Be as detailed as possible. Consult your employees to gather information on their current panel sanding processes, including the media they use, where and when they sand panels, and how much time it typically takes. With this information in hand you'll be able to compare what you gain and you'll be surprised how precise the result can be. Better than sanding by hand!
