Our Leadership
François Simard is the Co-Founder and CEO of Omnirobotic, leading the company’s mission to make autonomous manufacturing accessible to all. With over 25 years of experience in robotics, machine vision, and 3D scanning, he has founded multiple automation companies and visited more than 400 factories worldwide. François drives innovation in vision-guided, self-learning robotic systems like the PSA-80 PRO, designed to help manufacturers automate complex, high-mix production without programming.
Laurier Roy is the Co-Founder and CTO of Omnirobotic, guiding the company’s technical vision and development of autonomous manufacturing systems. With over 15 years of experience in software architecture and AI-driven automation, he transforms advanced technologies into practical, scalable industrial solutions. Prior to Omnirobotic, Laurier held senior engineering roles at AGT Robotics, CAE, and 20-20 Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Software Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal.
Pierre Ravary is the Chief Financial Officer at Omnirobotic, where he leads financial strategy and growth to support the company’s expansion in autonomous manufacturing. With over 25 years of experience in finance and technology, he previously served as CFO at Toon Boom Animation, an Emmy award–winning software firm. Pierre also co-founded Korelation Capital and On Compte, advising AI and advanced manufacturing start-ups. He holds a BBA in Accounting from HEC Montréal.
Tania Silva is the Director of Operations at Omnirobotic, leading production planning and process optimization to ensure seamless deployment of the PSA-80 PRO and other autonomous manufacturing systems. With over a decade of experience in operations and administration, she specializes in scaling automation efficiently and maximizing uptime.
Before joining Omnirobotic, Tania held leadership roles at Enero Solutions and Birri. She holds a Certificate in HR Management for SMEs and is pursuing her MBA at Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières.
Jean-François Sévigny is the Director of Engineering and Services at Omnirobotic, where he leads project delivery, technical integration, and customer success for the company’s autonomous sanding systems. With over 15 years of experience in industrial automation, project management, and mechanical engineering, he ensures reliable deployment and long-term performance of Omnirobotic solutions.
Before joining Omnirobotic, Jean-François worked at Bombardier and AXIUM, leading multidisciplinary automation projects. He holds a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS).
