  • This information is protected in a virtual vault shared by our employees and authorized partners.
  • We may sign additional confidentiality agreements or clauses based on your policies or legal requirements, when necessary.

∗∗NoteonMinimization∗∗ We only collect the information strictly required to fulfill these purposes. If we need extra details, we will inform you in advance and obtain your consent where required by law.

As product and software developers, we may access databases containing information about your customers. These databases can be:

  • Stored on your own servers;
  • Hosted by third-party providers; or
  • Hosted on our production and development servers.

When data is stored on our servers, we employ industry-standard security measures to protect it. ∗∗TransfersOutsideQuebec∗∗
If personal information is transferred or stored outside Quebec (e.g., in another province or country), we take the necessary measures to ensure an equivalent level of protection, in compliance with the Act and its regulations. This may include contractual safeguards or assessments of the legal framework in the destination jurisdiction.

Online Payment Solutions

All payment solutions we recommend or use can handle redirected payments, meaning no banking information is stored in our databases. This helps minimize financial risks and better protect your sensitive information.

Online Data Collection Forms

Any information collected through our various online forms is stored in a secure database, protected by cyber-surveillance systems.

  • We will never transmit sensitive information via email.
  • We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for legitimate business purposes detailed above.

Consent

We may require your express or implied consent, depending on the nature of the information collected and the context of our interactions. Consent can be provided virtually, in writing, or verbally by you or by an authorized individual. You may withdraw your consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice.

Information Collected Using Cookies

As you browse our online platforms, we collect information to personalize your experience and record preferences (such as language selection or engagement with website features).

  • Installed cookies are stored in your browser. You may accept or reject them, or delete them from your browser’s memory at any time.
  • If certain non-essential cookies are refused, some functionality may be limited.

We do not use automated decision-making systems to profile users in a way that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

We use:

  • Google Analytics (GA4) to collect online browsing information (e.g., page views, user flow).
  • Mailchimp for newsletter engagement statistics (opens, clicks).

Only our employees, collaborators, and service providers who need your information to perform their duties have access to it.
